Title: Saxony Ducks FS
Post by: Blinkers on September 04, 2011, 11:19:33 am
I've got some pairs of Saxony Ducks for sale that I hatched on 6th July and are now well feathered up and HUGE  :o    Excellent Table Duck or Layers or just ornamental.    Advertised on our website and locally for £30 a pair (Duck and Drake), but as always to TAS Forum users, if anyone is interested locally, you can have them for £25 per pair.   ;D

I have just reared some SaxonyxAylesbury and what a lovely big duck they are! If I were nearer I would have a pair of Saxony from you.

Oh that's a good cross - I bet they're gonna be a good Table Birds too.   I'm very pleased with these - I wasn't too sure to start with, but they have turned out beautifully even though not yet 'coloured' up.     I've kept one Duck and a little Xbred Duck too, but can't keep anymore as that's 6 on my pond now and would start to get a bit too messy if I kept any more  ::)

where are you, Blinkers? I know an elderly couple in Fife who were looking forever to find them around here, I would pass on your contact details to them. :&>

Hiya - oh what a shame.....we're probably a tad too far - South West Wales  :o :o..... unless of course they'd like to come for a short holiday in our Holiday Annexe "The Hideaway"  ;D, they could have a lovely break here and then take a pair home with 'em  ;)

Open to offer as these have gotta go......my pond just isn't big enough  :o :o  Otherwise will have to take them to the Poultry Auction and I don't really want to do that  :-\
