Title: best buy for horticultural textiles
Post by: suziequeue on September 02, 2011, 07:47:48 am
I am looking to buy horticultural fleece and enviromesh on a large scale i.e. by the roll.

Anybody got any good tips on where to get it at a good price?

We buy it direct from http://www.wondermesh.co.uk/ (http://www.wondermesh.co.uk/) which we've found to be good service, and they also do secondhand netting. Still a bit pricey though.

We bought weed suppressing fabric via The Gardener's Friend on ebay. Good price and good service BUT we only looked at one product and not on and industrial scale. I think Dan found one called Boddingtons - might be worth googling them.

I get all my stuff like that from LBS horticulture - the more you buy the cheaper it gets and they do just about everything you could need for growing.  Check out prices on all the recommended sites and choose the best option. LBS have a commercial and a domestic scale catalogue - go for the commercial one.
