Title: do orpingtons make good table birds?
Post by: Buffy the eggs layer on August 15, 2011, 06:59:29 pm
I have the offer of some buff O eggs and wondered about hatching them as table birds. How long would they take to mature and once you have got under all that feather is it worth the trouble. ???

Hi,

that sounds like an interesting hybrid. How do they turn out? Do they have lots of feather? I am in East Yorkshire, where abouts are you?
