				I made it!!!  And it was delish!!!
 
 YAY....I am officially a cheese maker:)
 
 THanks Skirza....i followed your instructions to the letter and this morning untied my bag of cheesecloth to find a lovely round ball of philadelphia type goats cheese....
 
 so who's feeling very proud of themselves then...... :D ;) :)YSY

 Now, this recipe of Skirza's - is that the Caerphilly-style one on  http://www.alvecotedexters.net/pressed_cheese.htm (http://www.alvecotedexters.net/pressed_cheese.htm) ?  Or has she posted another that I haven't spotted?

 YAY....congratulations to you!! I believe the recipe in question was just my soft cheese recipe which is actually a bog standard one that comes with the cheese starter from Goat nutrition. The Caephilly style cheese is indeed the one on your link. Really easy and delish - good luck  :D
