Title: 2 week chick with crookneck
Post by: Llandovery Lass on August 13, 2011, 02:56:30 pm
Anyone any ideas, have him/her in the house and hand feeding porridge oats as the only chick crumbs we can get has coccidiostat in it. Been three days now and still walking backwards in circles with head down most of the time. It eats well and is basically seeming content and now i've given him a hot water bottle doesn't need as much cuddling.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the only option you have is to put it out of its misery.  It will only make it harder on you the longer you leave it!

I agree with Floyd, the longer you leave it the harder it will be in the long run.

Are you sure it is not Mareks disease?
