Title: Badger faced ewes for sale
Post by: Moleskins on August 11, 2011, 11:25:12 pm
I have 3 Badger faced ewes for sale, two produced twins this year. They are the ones
that are light with a dark chest and belly, Torrdu .  Reason for selling is I have mainly
Ryelands and have a Ryeland tup. I don't have access to a Badger tup. Friendly sheep
used to  a bucket.

Sorry, I honestly thought I'd said that I was in the Lake District, Cumbria.

Bum!!!

We've got Torddu badgers too...... my avatar is our number 1 ewe..... cheeky moo

We have five breeding ewes and two ewe lambs from this year plus a little runty wether who potters around.

They are FANTASTIC sheep. Really tame and full of character. Very easy to handle. Easy lambers and good Mums.

I would recommend them to anybody starting with sheep.

Hi,

funnily enough I've just put the 'phone down from talking to a local dealer who I was asking
about getting the gotlands, he wants me to buy some Shetlands off him, and his ears pricked up
when I said I was selling these. The are apparently worth about £80 a sheep.
