Title: New batch of elderberry wine

Oh dear....just bottled 20 litres of elderberry (last years berries frozen) and....well..you know how it is, you have to 'try' it...don't you? Suffice to say I will probably be having an early night and it's a good job the milking is done and the chooks are fed  ;D
