Title: Cracked egg in incubator
Post by: aaronsundin on July 23, 2011, 04:54:01 pm
I have 6 orpington eggs in my incubator and upon inspection and candling I have noticed one has a slight crack with a small amount of leakage which has dried. I'm sure the crack wasn't there when I put them in as I carefully inspected all of the eggs . This is day 10 and candling the cracked egg just revealed a kind of dark mass , should this egg be disposed of ?

Yes, it won't hatch now and will go rotten.
