Don't talk to me about the R.S.P.C.A. >:( >:( They make me SPIT!!!!! >:( >:(. I feel so sorry for this man and the poor old eagle. If the R.S.P.C.A. found a bird of prey kept in such dreary conditions they would prosecute! :(

They are an interfering bunch of amateurs and 9 times out of 10 don't know what species they are looking at , let alone looking after, where is their licence for a wild bird ?  .... bloody incompetence and neglect on their part, they killed a healthy bird through ignorance.. BLOODY DISGUSTING.. PROSECUTE THE 'RSPCA'.
