Hi all, stumbled across this website whilst looking for somewhere to post the fact that I have a few pygmy goats for sale - http://www.ashwoodllamas.co.uk/live/Kidsforsale.html (http://www.ashwoodllamas.co.uk/live/Kidsforsale.html)! I'm also sure that I have come across it before but for some reason never joined!
I live in North Devon, just outside Bideford, and we breed both llamas & pygmy goats! We keep chickens as well, have an excellent organic rodent control - our cat called Hilda - and a couple of dogs! We have about 11 acres, and also have a holiday cottage to rent out!
@llamakevin is my Twitter name so if anyone here is on Twitter please say hi over there.
My motto is "always happy to help"....if I can!

I've always liked the idea of a couple of pygmy goats.......What do they need to be happy?

Must have a mate, something to jump around on (climbing logs or some such) and space (and not too much either) to run around in and good hay and plenty of fresh water! They hate rain, so must always have access to shelter!
Thanks for asking :)

That's a very good point - mine have a run outside my office - I'm lucky enough to work from home - and they love the interaction with people - a little like my llamas - they are not an animal you can just leave in a field! :goat: :llama:
