-
Is that from near you, Little Blue?
-
somewhere near Ashbourne, taken from the field.
-
PS, there is a photo on another website.
let me know if you want to see it...

I will mention it on the horse forum I go on. Usually if they are difficult to catch, that puts potential thieves off. Hope its found and returned to its rightful owner.

Hope they find the pony :o

We had a warning recently on our smallholders club bulletin of a Blue Vauxhall Cavalier seen circulating in North & East Yorkshire shortly after which horse/ponies were stolen. Part of their manes were plaited so the thieves knew which to take so it looked as if they were being stolen to order. So be vigilant out there. The horses at our place have their gate padlocked and the gate hinged so it can't be lifted off which although won't keep the thieves away does act as a deterent as they have to spend longer getting into the field and stand more chance of being seen in the act.

We often have ponies dumped out here in the new forest any distinguishing marks on it? the agisters post them in the local rag, unclaimed ponies get sold on.

bay, dark mane, socks & hocks.
nothing more distinguishing that I can see I'm afraid...

I don't think so....
