Title: Chicken Dispatch and Prepare Course

Hi,

Does anyone know of. or offer a course on how to kill and prepare hens for the table?

I am looking for a course, preferably in the East Midlands, or for someone who might be prepared to travel to give a course to a local smallholders association (Derbyshire).

Any ideas, advice appreciated.

Sorry swm no idea but if anyone knows of one in Scotland, I would also love to know about it x x :chook: :pig: :goat: :love:

I've been trying to organise on in Scotland for months but I haven't given up yet.

Try the Humane Slaughter Association - although they don't do dressing as it is outwith their charitable remit.
