i thought it was about time birth-notifyed dorothys piglets so had a nosey on the BPA website. i checked delilah was recorded as dead etc. i was a tad suprised to find Dorothy recorded as dead aswell, when she walking around outside with piglets! i dont know how that happened when i only sent one form into BPA!

Wow, that's freaky Julia ??? - probably some admin error ::) (hopefully) Let us know how you get on.

Did you fill out the breed survey earlier in the year,if not they tend to kill off your pigs. :o If you get in touch with them they will reverse it.

What Berkshire Boy says is absolutely spot on. If you don't complete the annual breed survey, your pigs are killed off. Same happens if someone buys pedigree registered pigs, but doesn't join the BPA (in which case they would not be sent the annual bloodline survey).
Either way, the BPA can "resurrect" dead pigs (or "undead" them, as I was told!), so don't worry.

i dont think i got asked to do a breed survey. in processing of un-deading her! thanx
