Title: Dosage

What a saga, finally I got the wormer and fluke drench, vet recommended albex. My question now is how much to give? Vet says that with most wormers you have to give 1.5 - 2 times the ammount BUT with this one you must give the same amount as for sheep. I am confused - HELP please!!!!!

Sorry, only just back in as have been out all day. Normally I too would say about 1.5 times the sheep dose- but if my vet was adamant, and I had trust in his knowledge of goats then I would go with what they told me.

If the vet knows that normally you give x1.5-2 the sheep dose, but has specifically said with this one don't, then I'd take note of what they say  :)

Thanks, will worm them all tomorrow with sheep dose, fingers crossed!
