Title: First time hatching Coturnix quail
Post by: Slavo on June 13, 2011, 06:35:17 pm
So chuffed  ;D

Day 18 of incubation and we've hatched 4 out of 12 eggs; a few more days with the incy on and our fingers crossed for more.

Thank you  :D

We now have 2 more hatched (now 6) and 2 that have pipped their shell. However, these have been pipped for 2 days now without much progress, though, they're still alive (can see movement).

Let's hope they're strong enough to break through.

Really happy with the results.
