After six years of honing our vegetable and chicken-rearing skills, we are looking to relocate to the Perth area. We will be very sad to leave our lovely farm house in Clackmannanshire, but the cost of the commute is mounting...
We are looking to rent a detached farm/rural property near Perth, 2-3 beds min, with the possibility of around 5 acres. This is to further develop livestock (small number of cattle, pigs and chickens) and grow some cheap winter fodder, as well as the usual patch of kitchen garden favourites. Please note we have a small polytunnel (20ft).
While a picture-perfect cottage would be great, internal décor is not a major issue as long as the housing structure and services are sound. Land can always be improved, and while outbuildings would be a great addition these are not essential.
Having lived in our present tenancy for six years we are looking for a long-term let, and are willing to wait to get the right place. We are not afraid to roll our sleeves up for a good price!
Please email Lynn at [email protected] with any ideas…
Thanks!
