Title: Hi from North Notts
Post by: coblet on June 10, 2011, 12:05:02 am: Hi everyone, I live near Newark and have 5 acres. I currently have horses, dogs and cats but after a couple of hard years sorting out the land and housing, I'm now ready to take on a couple of piglets and a few chickens. I would also love to have some bees eventually and a turkey or 2 and possibly some pygmy goats. I can see how this could get addictive! ;D

Looking forward to getting to know you all better and hoping you wont mind the odd stupid question ::)

I have always wanted bees - my uncle used to keep them in the farm garden, and thats what made me interested.

No such thing as a stupid question, always better to ask before than wish you had asked afterwards.

Pour yourself a glass of wine, take the phone off the hook, lock the doors, and spend an afternoon browsing. Loads of information from really knowledgeable people with lots of humour and interest.
