Following on with the clearout ;)
We have a Fletcher, 15ft, 2 berth, fibreglass speedboat for sale.
Hull is in good condition and it's on a new trailer with good tyres.
Steering and throttle assemblies included but not connected as there's no outboard with it.
We're selling it as we just don't have time to get out to play as often as we'd like (and we can't fit all 4 kids in it :-\)
£400 or nearest offer - pm me if you're interested.
Karen
Okay, so I know it's a longshot and mostly everybody is either too busy or too skint - but thought I'd ask ;) ;D
-
Karen - do you know how old it is and what size of outboard was on it?
-
Erm, no to the age question ??? It seems quite fresh though.
I'll double check with the resident petrol head/boat expert about the outboard when he gets back from hugging trees ::) ;D
Thanks, Karen x

Hiya tobytoby
Resident expert says "If you want it to go like a speedboat get a 20HP engine, if you want to potter around, a 2HP will be fine and if you want to share the s*** out of everyone it'll take up to 60HP before becoming airborne" ;) ;D
Fathers, eh ?! ::)
Hope this helps ?

Very similar to my old Fletcher Arrow - goes like stink with a 25hp two-stroke!
Tempted but got to spend the money on a house for the new goats :)

I might be able to throw in a curve of corrugated steel to make a goat house if that would swing the deal ;) It's the same as I've used on my pig arcs (saw similar thing for goats on the animal arcs website if you want to look at it) - 8ft span x 4ft high x 1m deep with green painted finish on the outside and no-con drop lining on the inside - all you need is a back and front and you've got a goat house too - simples ;D
Have a think about it & you can let me know, Karen

My friend used these curved steel things as sheep and lamb pens, then converted to roofs for houses for them. Looked pretty good, weather and water proof. And indestruiuctible if they are for goats.
My son had a speedboat before hso present one. He has it registered on Loch lomond and is hoping to do the Caledonian Canal for a holiday this summer. It's not quite so speedy but has a 2 berth cabin and front deck for fishing off. I think it's about 20 feet but don't ask me what type it is. I just know it's blue because it sat in my back yard fro a month whiel he sorted out winter storage for it. I love boats so I am waiting for an invite to go out on it. I love fishing as well ::) ;D ;D

Still got the boat........... (sitting here, taking up space ::) ;))
Dropping price to get it moved before winter, currently on ebay - starting bid just £200
Pm me if you want it
