Title: Hello from Ireland
Post by: scary on February 03, 2009, 09:03:09 pm
Hello to you all, I live in Southern Ireland with my family.  Originally born in Dublin but lived my life in UK until July 07 when we relocated.  Apart from the rain, and there is plenty, it is lovely to live in the country and be surrounded by fields and lakes.  Looking forward to being part of your community.  Mary

Hi Mary, Ireland looks beautiful, when we were deciding on where to relocate a good friend tried to pursuade me to go to Ireland but I felt it was just that extra step across the water, a big rench for my grown up children and my Grandchildren, anyway, happin in Scotland, who knows!!! Welcome, Sandy

Thank you for your welcomes, I am sure it is lovely where you both are too.  I too have some family left in UK but it will give them another holiday location to consider.  We have a little snow at moment but nothing like you have.  Mind you think we might have a shock in morning.  Children hoping for 'no school day'.  Regards.

Hi Mary, welcome to TAS.

My sister in law is from Belfast. What part of Ireland are you in?
