afternoon
does anyone know what breed of chicken they use in comercial places ;D
-
Commercial chickens are usually hybrids, so basically a cross between two in-bred lines. There are various ones available, but if they are white egg layers they will be a leghorn cross, and if brown egg layers then possibly rhode island red in their background. White eggs are produced commercially in some countries.

ISA browns also known as Warrens are the traditional "battery" hens - rhode island red & rhode island white (or other white) parents.
What you planning Mandy?! ;) :D
