HI one my of my ganders managed to find his way in to the bull :cow: field and they trampled him an dhave broken his wing by what i can see as its hanging down he is eating and drinking his poo is runnie and you can see he is in pain when you look in his eyes any advice. I cant take him to the vets until i get paid so need an alternative solution cheers john

humanely destroy it or take it to the vet sorry

I'm sure the vet will treat him and be paid later, the longer you leave it the more difficult and expensive it will be.

ye iv been to the vet and the gander is doing well cheers john

You've got a good vet then - keep him sweet (regular gifts of eggs!)and pay him in installments if you have to - I do, and my vet is great to. Hope your gander continues to improve.

u get 30 days to pay agricultural vet bills here, just pet ones are paid up front.
hope hes ok. i do like geese

Excellent, I'm glad the vet helped. Wings do mend quite well once they're immobilised :) (and my geese never fly anyway :))
