Title: Hatching guinea fowl
Post by: Dizzycow on May 07, 2011, 07:35:30 am
Have 20 guinea fowl eggs in the incubator which were due to hatch yesterday. Nothing happened, so I candled them. There is definite activity in the eggs, albeit not a lot, and the eggs aren't really moving and I can't hear any peeping. One of the eggs I candled looked as though it was a late death, but then the contents shifted of their own accord. What is going on? I wouldn't mind, but I have cream legbar eggs waiting to go in, so I'm a bit impatient!
