Title: bacon and gammon shelf life

Hi Guys

We are about to get our first bacon and gammon back from the butcher.  :yum:

It is going to be vacuum packed. How long do we think it will it keep in the fridge?

In our case at least 3 weeks, but we freeze most of it anyway.
