Never had an egg-within-an-egg but our girls go occasionally produce some very big eggs.

One I fried this morning for my wife's egg-and-bacon sandwich, in bed, was easily twice the size of a regular large egg. Double-yolker, of course, and I had to cut it in half to fit it in the sandwich.
