Title: Anyone from Lincs, Notts, Leics?

Hello,

Just trying to find out if anyone is close by! We are in Grantham (don't hold it against us :D)  - newbies, so trying to get as much info, help etc as possible!

Retford is the closest anyone seems to Lincolnshite though!

im a newbie and live in gainsborough - hopefully i will have  a good parcel of land later in the year - will also need a good deal of advice as my ex knows everythingand i have a huge learning curve to get my head around  and i very much want to continue the lifestyle that now we will lead independently :'(

I have found some really helpful books form the local library - I can post the titles if anyone wants?

We should start a "We haven't got a clue" group!!!

Hi lordlonk your not far from me. I tried to grow a few veggies last year and not much grew. The year before i didn't do too bad but i got potato blight. Hopefully this year will be better.

potatoes - carrots and onions -  swedes should be the first of my quests for permanent 24 - 7 casserolesnext autumn  ;D
