Title: anyone know where i can get my hands on small bales of straw ???? aberdeen area

looking for some small bales of straww our usual source has dried up  :'(

we need it for our :chook:  :&>

We bale ours direct from a neighbour's field, using our own small baler, in exchange for a year's supply of eggs for him. Not many people would bale straw with a small baler, but it would be worth asking at your local agric merchant, who may know someone who does it.  It could be cheaper to buy a big bale, although even those are expensive now.
