Title: New arrivals
Post by: benkt on March 23, 2011, 07:51:15 pm
I was pretty excited at the weekend about the arrival of our first pigs at our new farm - five GOS weaners. However, they've swiftly dropped down the pecking order as child number three, a boy, was born at home in the early hours of Tuesday morning! Midwives failed to get down the farm track in time so we had to deliver him ourselves. Good job my wife is both a hypnobirthing teacher and a doctor so knew what to do! All well here (including the piggies!) if rather tired and even more uncertain how all the spring farm work will get done!

Wow, that is wonderful, a new son, as well as a pretty little daughter. She looks absolutely thrilled with her baby brother.  What is the other one?  Does the wee fella have a name yet?  Congratulations!

Re: meanings

They are all old Cornish names as we both come from Cornish families.

Thanks for all the congratulations,

Ben
