Title: how to make ham

hi all
2 of my pigs are going on monday and im wanting to keep a leg to make a ham.
i dont have a cue how to do it but im sure someone on here does
any ideas

If you work your way back through the pig and recipe sections you will find some great recipes for ham/gammon.
