Finlay, the pygmy goat I am bottle feeding.

Do you think I can sneak off to bed without his last feed, or will he wake with a wail at 2am?......... :)

I did put him on his mum about 7pm, and he took a good feed, but her usually has his bedtime milk around now.

It would be nice to cut out the late feed, and get to bed a bit earlier, but its been so cold and frosty here, think the little man appreciates his bedtime drink!!

Aww- I have just given our little ones their last feed. Alex is about to go out and give the slightly bigger ones their last feed. The thing is I bet he wakes up quick enough when he realises there is milk involved!

Yes, you are right.  As soon as I get in bed, he will start yelling, so probably better feed him.  I probably would not sleep anyway .....worrying that he will wake and realise his milk has not arrived!!
