approx 350g, they are made with natural castings, so weight varies slightly from pack to pack

Hi Smiffy - sounds good  :yum:  Is it possible to specify the breed?  What I mean is, if I want Tamworth sausages, are they always available and do they come in all flavours? Or do I just get what's available?   Also, daft question - when you say 'any flavour' can they be mixed eg 3 of one flavour 3 of another and 4 of a third, or must all 10 be the same?

Hi fleecewife, currently they are oxford sandy and blacks, next month berkshire and mangalitza, and the following month either tamworth or osb's, it really depends what is ready at the time of ordering...

and yes its mix and match, any number of any flavour.
