Title: Suitable wood for shafts
Post by: mellowyellow on March 16, 2011, 10:00:53 am
Well i've been out bargain hunting again and found a great little dray cart for a shetland however the shafts do need a bit of attention, i'm thinking of completley replacing them but not sure what wood would be suitable  ???
Any ideas  :horse:

Ash is commonly used and has a nice grain if you're varnishing it  :D
