Eggstwochicks has stolen photographs of my birds and posted it on ebay. Please be aware that this seller does not have any eggs for sale from these birds.
(They should be so lucky).
I really get annoyed when people do this to other breeders. Lowest of the low.
Reported to ebay and posted on all poultry sites in the UK.

They are beautiful, what breed are they?
-
do you know a copyright lawyer? you can charge them quite a lot for using your pics without permission if you know how to go about it! Let us know if you find out ;D :&> btw - stunning birds, CastleFarm :chook:

They probably stole the pics because their own IG are crap.
Maybe you ought to print your name across all your pics in future to stop this happening.
I certainly hope all the sites you reported to get it sorted ASAP.

Where's Valr! She'll know the legal position. I think there are two angles to this - you need to be able to prove the photos are yours, and the photos are owned by the photographer not the owner of what is being photographed. HTH

As well as stealing your pics - surely its not right letting potential buyers "assume" those are the hens they are buying?
Someone on Ebay was selling t shirts showing ponies - mine and someone elses ....using a copywrited photo. E bay were alerted, but the t shirts (mugs, mouse mats and whatever) were still listed, but under a different username. I was furious both that they had used the pic without permission, and also that they had the cheek to relist under a different name!!!

Surely it would count as property misdescription. You could try trading sandards.
-
first you should be delighted that some one thinks your poultry should advertise there products
contact TS it is misrepresenting what is being sold good luck and hope you don't hit to many brick walls in stopping this :-* :-*

Beautiful birds! how frustrating though. I hope you get it sorted out and the thief gets banned from ebay, and more.
Lillian - thanks to your dancing pigs on your posts my 4 year old has just stopped mid-tantrum and is now laughing! I owe you one because this was an epic tantrum! ;)
