I use webs.com http://www.webs.com/?cm_mmc=WEmail-_-Free%20Website-_-Welcome%20Email-_-All%20Accounts (http://www.webs.com/?cm_mmc=WEmail-_-Free%20Website-_-Welcome%20Email-_-All%20Accounts) for mine Sandy (recommended by Rustyme ;)) I've not used any other places, so don't know how they compare. But I find it easy and simple to use and there are a lot of different templates/designs to choose from. Both my Happy Hippy and Yonderton ones are done through them and I don't pay a penny for either.

Do you mean you need to set up a specific website for this new business? Is that not included in the Franchise like the flyers? You will need a name for the business for putting onto the internet in a web page, and you may need to pay for that. 1&1 aren't expensive for their domain names and they do hosting too I believe, but I don't know how much.
You could try Moonfruit http://www.moonfruit.com/?cc=509413 (http://www.moonfruit.com/?cc=509413) or One.com -http://www.one.com/en/?utm_source=yahoo_sem&utm_campaign=yahoo_sem_yahoo-s-uk&utm_medium=TEXTLINK or freeola - http://freeola.com/free-web-site/ (http://freeola.com/free-web-site/)

I use weebly too. You can see mine www.scothebs.co.uk (http://www.scothebs.co.uk) or the one I am part way through doing for Palacerigg www.palacerigg.weebly.com (http://www.palacerigg.weebly.com)
Weebly is free, clear and simple - odd name though ::)

You could try piczo. If you google it and take a look. It's the one that kids use at school so is really easy and intuitive. I think it cost £6 for the domain name if I remember right. :)

I have 2 sites on webs.com and would use them again. http://kirkcarrion.webs.com (http://kirkcarrion.webs.com) and http://elementalheart.webs.com (http://elementalheart.webs.com) I bought the domain for www.elementalheart.com (http://www.elementalheart.com) elsewhere and it was easy to put a redirect to the webs site. The kirkcarrion one I gave up paying for the domain at renewal as the ISP was ripping me off (nothing to do with webs.com ;) )
Good luck

A friend, who actually does websites for people, suggested to me to use a 'blog' instead, still free, it works well, the only thing is I have not yet linked up with anything else. I use wordpress.com my blog is www.frieslandfarm/wordpress.com (http://www.frieslandfarm/wordpress.com) if you want to see how it works. It comes up on the google search engine if you are needing people to search for you as well.
