Title: Any farm land for possible sale in Angus or close proximity

Hi. Everybody
Does anybody living close to Angus - Tayside know of any farmers who might be willing to sell some land to build a kit house on and start up smallholding this way.
Wife was over in Southern Ireland last week having a look around but think we have missed our chance moving over there and with the possibilty of losing the EU grants it is looking less favourable so we are now looking closer to home.

The trouble with buying agricultural land is getting planning permission to put anything on it.
