Oh My Goodness !!! (That's the polite version!)
You're certainly going to have your hands full ! Having only experienced 2 goats in my life (both Billys) I'm afraid I can't give you any advice - but I have given birth myself on Xmas Day (4 years ago, a wee girl, not a goat lol !) and it was certainly memorable !
I would imagine it's similar to lambing but I'm sure you'll get the answer from people who know better than me.
Good Luck & have a very merry xmas !

They might have a bit of a wait!

I know how you feel. I'm getting itchy feet waiting for my sheep to start but not due until end of Jan the first one & last ones into March. You have got quite a selction of different animals recreating at the same time. All the very best D. Have a good what's left of calving :cow:, kidding :goat: and lambing :sheep:.

well.......... ::)...............still waiting >:(
maybe if i give everything a curry and a swim in the sea it might push things along abit ;D ;D
-
How about some turkey sandwiches. :D :D That might get something moving , they definately won't need an anenoma.
-
with a bit of crimbo pud after just to make sure things are freely moving along :D :D
-
You've got the idea. ;D
-
well fed crimbo pud, :P theyly be that drunk they wont feel a thing ;D ;D

That crimbo pud sounds like mine, the trouble is I can't stand the stuff. :D :D

How's the kidding going? Any sign yet or are they still keeping you guessing.
-

HAHAHAHA!!! sounds like me when i was a teenager, i wanted a milking goat so after alot of pestering mum and her telling me they eat everything in sight, jump out of anywhere and will take alot of hard work milking both morning and night she eventually said yes! Any way there was an eledly man who had goats in the next village, so off i went to ask him if he was selling any of the nannies, he was and to cut a long story short i ended up with the two nannies i wanted + the rest of the herd 15 nannies 1 billy + the followers, much to the shock of my poor long suffering mum!!
Anyway returning to the point, now having a family of my own i have been looking into geting more goats or a house cow, and was just wondering if you are selling any of your nannies or if you will be in the future?
Good luck with the Kidding
Emma
