Title: Gloucester old spot loin

Hi have killed a few gos for bacon in the past but have never done pork. I was told by my butcher i could expect between 35 and 40 pounds of meat between both loins. This sounds high to me but as i have never done it before am not sure. Does anyone have a rough guideline of how much meat i could expect from the 2 loins. The pigs are 7 month old GOS .
