TRADITIONAL YORKSHIRE HAM
CURED IN SALT AND BROWN SUGAR FOR 21 DAYS
AIR DRIED FOR OVER 12 MONTHS
APROX WEIGHT WHOLE HAM 6 KG

My local Pub has the Ham on as a starter dish, and the chef says, you can eat it just like Parma Ham, thin sliced and with out cooking - goes down a treat. :P  
   
 
THE YORKSHIRE HAMS ARE CURED IN SALT AND BROWN SUGAR FOR 21 DAYS, THEN THE HAMS ARE NATURALLY AIR DRIED FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS
YOU CAN BUY THE HAMS EITHER WHOLE BONE IN. OR IF YOU PREFER I WILL BONE THE HAM OUT AND JOINT IT.
ALL THE HAMS WILL BE DELIVERED  BY COURIER.
