Over the past couple of days we had an apparent attempt to steal a Horse or Horses from a field near Callander.  The field actually contained 7 Horses but none were taken possibly due to being disturbed.  Gate chain and padlock had been cut and damage caused to posts.

 

There have also been Sheep stolen from around the Buchlyvie and Ward Toll areas.  20 and 30 being stolen at a time so obviously suitable transport is being used.

 

This Horse incident is causing some concern and any help you can give by raising awarenss would be much appreciated.  We have been in touch with Horsewatch Scotland and enquiries are continuing.
