Title: Slug Shield

Hi all, just wanted to see if anyone has heard of or used Slug shields?, I read a comment on the Local news website for Caversham, Berks and someone suggested using slug shields.

the website is slug shield . com, they appear to be an american company.

If you have trouble with slugs..... take a can of beer and empty half or more of it out into another container.   Lay the can on its side or (on an angle so that the beer does not run out of the can)in the garden  with the hole close  to the ground.   The slugs will smell the yeast in the beer and go in for a drink.   they will drink to much and go to sleep drowning in the beer.
