Title: Tip to help provent spamming/virus from your email program

places a new person called

[email protected] in your contacts
This will be your first person a virus will send out too (it's at the top of pile) but it is made up so will stop at that and not send to anyone else.

I am having a real problem with one at the moment despite running every spyware prog and avg ::) ::)

I had one recently and had to reformate the computer totally
