Hi all,
Iam looking to buy a new chicken coop to fit up to twelve hens.
My location is central scotland and it would need to be delivered to me.
I could pay up to £80 for it.
Add pics please and if iam interested i will get in touch.
Thanks in advance,
Callum Cook :)

£80 for a coop for 12 birds and new is going to be tight if you do get one it may be not realy that good many of these flat packed one that are on ebay for about £100 as ok for a month or so but warp ect when wet. we have got some very well made huts off ebay 2nd hand for £100 and under it may be best buying something older but well made.

i too would suggest trying ebay, or looking on supermarket notice boards, you might manage to find a ftgh shed.

£80 an buy couple sheets of ply and make one yourself very easy to do. just make a box put felt on roof cut hole hinge it then make nest box to you own dimensions would be a tight budget but could poss done

Hiya,
Agreed! For £80 you could make a really good coop out of plywood. Ours cost about £50 all in, and is still going strong a couple of years later. More details here (http://www.accidentalsmallholder.net/forum/index.php?topic=4195.0).
