Ugly little blighters aren't they :D

Poulet Noir (http://www.ducdemayenne.fr/produits_poulet_noir.php)

Unless you meant these which look even worse :o

Vietmenese Black Chicken (http://www.pixburger.com/photo_93660-Poulet_noir.html)

My chickens have white legs - but they still taste pretty good ;D

All the best

if its the "poulet noir" you're thinking ... it looks like a "Translyvanian (or Hungarian) Naked Neck"
We have had one, randy little s*d so he became our first ever home raised tandoori chicken!
Ate it today, just the legs left for tomorrow.    :yum:  :o
....delicious!
and when it was hanging, the long turkey - like wattles covered its eyes so it wasnt quite so gross, and it was easier with having no neck feathers
