Worked with pigs commercially for 30 years(mostly in the UK) and came over to Oz to live.

Hi all, oh how I do miss those nice cold, frosty mornings in the UK ::)(used to have to get up at 4am in the morning to wean oudoors down in beautiful, Devon) oh how I do miss all that....................not!!!! ;D
Joking aside, I am in tropical North Cairns, and "No", thankfully Iam not in the flooded part of Queensland, not yet anyway!!!!!
I say that as its been raining all day(normal for this time of year), so hopefully we won't be next!!!!
Rockhampton is 2hours away by plan, and Bribane 4 hours, and this large area is the area that is most hit, but its also now effecting parts of New South Wales and Victoria(which are below that), so things there aren't that good.
Its amazing how alot of people are pulling together to clean up the mess as well!!!!
Lets hope its over soon.
I'll keep you posted Guys!!!! ;D
