Title: W.I. party bread

Here's the bread I made for tonight's W.I meeting. Should be a good party,

The bread looks lovely. Do you use a particular recipe?

600 Grams Flour either brown or white or a mix.
1oz yeast or a packet of dried yeast.
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon sugar
Approx 1/2 pint of warm water.
because I have a frozen shoulder I use a breadmaker to mix the dough and take it out at the start of the second cycle.
After the dough has doubled in size. Knock it back and shape into different shapes. Bake in a hot oven.

have a go. You will soon get the hang of it!
