British Rabbit Council will give you a list all the breeders in britain. its better to get a doe and 2 bucks rather than vice versa, so u can use the 2nd buck on the offspring and build up your numbers. i use wooden hutches for mine, 3 tiered, and got them made by local company employing disabled people, called "woodrecyclability" in aberdeenshire. they are actually really wellmade and cheaper than you could make yourself as they get the wood donated. my "growers" are in a homemade pen in garage which has more space and can keep quite a few together.
there is a 2star show in dunfermline in feb where u could meet a few breeders in one place if thats any help. they are very helpful.
