Hi and welcome.

Try the book "Poultry House Construction" by Michael Roberts Gold Cockerel series.

I would recommend Katie Thear's book Starting with Poultry - actually, I can't recommend it highly enough!  That, and a good recipe book for eggs  ;) ;D

Hi John,

I'm from across Falkirk way. Any idea what kind of chickens you are looking to get? I have a trio of Gold pencilled Hamburgh bantams, which are my favourite.
