Does anyone know of any courses being offered for sheep keeping?

I can recommend the SRUC lambing course (https://www.sruc.ac.uk/short-courses-and-professional-development/lambing-course/). That, plus somebody like another smallholder showing you in person how to catch, hold and turn a ewe, plus Tim Tyne's Sheep Book for Smallholders (https://www.worldofbooks.com/en-gb/products/sheep-book-for-smallholders-book-tim-tyne-9781904871644?) will tell you most of what you need to know, and IME this forum will tell you the rest!
