Title: Smallholding near Hawick, Scotland

This is the home of friends of mine who have recently had health problems and have decided to retire and downsize. 

Near Hawick, about 45minutes from Edinburgh. Around 10 acres, in three or four separate well fenced fields, lots of outbuildings and all well maintained. CPH in place

Main house has five rooms, and there's a self contained annex with two bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen, that could easily be incorporated into the main house or kept separate as it has its own door

Alithea and Malcolm have been there a long time and worked hard to make it so.  They are so sad to have to move
