You take a much need break away for a few days (been dealing with multiple family serious health issues)
Whilst there the dog has a relapse of auto immune issue and has to be taken to local vet. Now on steroids and marginally better.
Then we get this video (sorry if you not on Facebook I don't have it downloaded on this laptop)

Looks like one of the big storms got your barn. Hope it hasn't been too bad to sort out. Not great to happen just before Christmas especially on top of your previous problems.
I hope Christmas and a New Year make things better for you :fc:

My elderly father died 2 days later so going to start 2025 with a funeral
plan to forget Christmas all together and hope that the rest of 2025 is an improvement!!

Sorry to hear this, Linda. Hopefully you'll get all of 2025's :poo: and any residual 2024 :poo: over early and better times lie ahead.

Sorry to hear about your father's death Linda :bouquet: A very sad time for you. It's a nasty shock no matter what age you are when you lose a parent, and no matter whether or not it was expected.
I wish you all the best for 2025 and new beginnings.

Ok, that's one bit over, next is Hogmanay, Linda. Just put out the lights and get to bed before midnight like I do. Gone are the days of partying till the early hours
After that it's a New Year and new horizons once you've said goodbye to your Dad. Hope that isn't too stressful.
Start a new thread when you come back on line after that
Hugs to you and your family. A sad time, but one we all know
