Title: pigs for sale

For sale I have 3 beautiful pure bred Berkshire gilts & 5 berkshire x duroc weaners

The Berkshire gilts are not registered but they are the most shaply berkshires, beautiful conformation. Im keeping 2 to breed from & have 3 spare. They are approx 6 months old, free ranging, hardy, friendly pigs.

The berkshire x duroc weaners are approx 10 weeks old again, they are free ranging healthy pigs.

How much do you want for the brekshire x durocs, are they casterated??

Hi Jez,
Yes they are castrated, the last lot i had were castrated aswell, just to make sure i didnt get any taint. Im looking around £40 each.

The last lot of berkshire x durocs that I fattened killed out at 70+ kg at 6 months of age with backfat  in the range of 14 - 19mm.

Very easy to look after & beautiful tasting meat & made lovely hams/bacon. In fact still got some of the bacon hanging in the shed now :)

how much for the berkshire gilts please? im not far,only in blidworth..do oyu deliver by any chance?
